● About Venture
Lasting change starts with you.
Venture was founded on a simple belief: Real change starts small, stays grounded, and grows outward through trust. Our work is built in places that are easy to overlook.
We move small
Big ideas don’t need big teams, just the right people to make a splash.
We listen first
Local priorities shape every mission’s goals and strategy.
We build trust
Partnership comes before publicity. We’re in it for the long-haul.
The Story of Venture
What started as a handful of supply runs has grown into a trusted system for getting aid, training, & conservation support into some of the world’s hardest-to-reach communities.
Anya Kader
Founder & Executive Director
Anya launched Venture in 2020 after more than a decade leading small, high-impact field teams around the world. Her work—from flood zones in Southeast Asia to forest reserves in Central Africa—shaped her belief that change happens when conservation and community support go hand in hand. She built Venture to keep missions light, local, and lasting. Today, she splits her time between Seattle and the field, wherever the next crossing, clinic, or trail leads.

Lasting impact that transforms lives.
Every mission we launch is built to leave something lasting behind: stronger communities, healthier environments, and real tools that keep working long after we’re gone. See where support turns into action, and action into change.
